If you believe that a photo uploaded to us or a video we created infringes your rights, for example the copyright in a photo, or is otherwise illegal, write to info@schmitko.com with the subject "Infringement". Please state exactly what is affected (order number, date or a description of the vehicle), why you consider the content illegal, and your name and email address. We review every notice promptly, remove illegal content and inform you and the affected customer of our decision and the reasons for it (Articles 16 and 17 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Digital Services Act).

The same address is our single point of contact for authorities and users under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act. We communicate in German or English.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
